Release notes

What changed in VTag One? Newest first.

  1. Help center, release notes and product tour

Help now comes with searchable articles; new users get a short tour and a “?” menu.

    • The help center now has articles in seven categories and is searchable: Getting started, Assistant, Memory, Connections, Approval and Stop, Administration, Account and security.
    • The ? menu at the bottom of the menu leads to the help center, help for the page you're on, these release notes and the product tour.
    • The What's new badge: when new release notes are published it shows in the “?” menu and goes away once you open the release notes.
    • The product tour: five skippable steps shown to new users once. Admins also get a four-item setup checklist.
    • The system status link appears in the “?” menu and at the bottom of pages once our hosted status page is live; it covers Web, API, Email and Connections.
  2. Everything that needs you in one place

Approvals, decisions, verifications and exceptions are now on one screen.

    • Needs you gathers everything that waits for a person's answer in four tabs: approvals, decisions, verifications, exceptions.
    • When you reject a verification you pick the reason; each suggestion shows what it is based on.
    • If the count of a kind can't be read it says “unknown”, not 0.
  3. AI status bar and Settings

If AI is stopped for the organization, everyone sees it at the top; the Settings page has arrived.

    • When AI is stopped for the organization, an “AI stopped” bar appears at the top of every screen: who stopped it and when. If the status can't be read, the bar says “unknown” and new steps don't start, for safety.
    • The Settings page opens with three sections: AI usage, Security, Audit.
    • Under Security, the owner and authorized admins get a three-step “Stop AI” section: you type the organization name and enter the verification code.
