Help
If you get stuck in VTag One, look here first. If you can't find the answer, write to us.
Getting started
- Signing in and requesting access
There is no password: you sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent to your email. VTag One is in closed beta; without an account you request access and sign in the same way once approved.
- Your workspace, invitations and switching organizations
Your personal workspace opens on its own at first sign-in; you can accept invitations or switch between organizations.
- First steps: ask, check the source, approve
How to use VTag One in your first five minutes.
- Language and time zone
You pick the interface language in the menu; times follow your organization's time zone.
Assistant
- Asking the assistant and reading sources
The assistant answers from your organization's ledger and the sources you've opened, and shows where each answer comes from.
- Your assistant comes with your account
No setup: your assistant opens the moment your account does and works with your permissions.
- What did my assistant do, what is it doing?
Your assistant's activity: approvals waiting, tasks running and finished.
Memory
- Uploading documents
You add documents to organizational memory; the shelf decides who can see them.
- Searching memory
You search the documents you can see for words, names or numbers.
- Shelves, visibility and withdrawing documents
The shelf decides who sees a document; a withdrawn document is visible to nobody and is permanently deleted when the period ends.
Connections
- Connecting sources: Google Calendar, Gmail, Meet, Drive
Your assistant only reads sources you've opened; write access is asked for separately.
- When a connection is broken
While a connection is broken, answers based on it may be incomplete.
Approval and Stop
- Approval: you take the final step
Everything that can't be undone waits for your approval; you see exactly what will be sent.
- Needs you
Everything that waits for a person's answer in one place: approvals, decisions, verifications and exceptions.
- Stopping your own assistant (Stop)
After you stop it, no new step begins; only a person can resume it.
- Stopping AI for the whole organization
The organization owner and admins they've authorized stop all AI in two steps.
Administration
- Inviting members and roles
Invitations go out by email from the Members page; each one is valid for 24 hours.
- Organization sources and source requests
Admins choose which source members may connect and in which mode.
- AI usage and the monthly cap
No model is called until a cap is set; amounts are estimates.
- Audit trail
Who did what, when and with which authority: not the content, the trace.
- Admin setup checklist
Four things to check before you open the organization to your team.
Account and security
- My account
Manage your sign-in methods, email and name here.
