Approval: you take the final step
Everything that can't be undone waits for your approval; you see exactly what will be sent.
Everything that can't be undone (sending, paying, deleting) waits for your approval. In the interface this step is called Mühür. An AI you've connected can hand over tasks but can't approve them.
What you see
To whom, what, amount and attachments if any, language, Based on (your instruction, your commitment, your permission card or the plan you approved), when the decision window ends and the note “Can't be undone once sent.” The statement shown to the other side is displayed too: an AI representative working on your behalf.
Three buttons
- Approve: you approve the task.
- Reject: a reason is required.
- Later: you close the window; the task keeps waiting for you.
Five possible outcomes
Given · Rejected · Changed (a new request replaces this one) · Closed (the work is waiting for you) · Expired (no answer, can be asked again). After approval the state of execution is shown: sent, not sent, or unclear whether it went out.
When approval isn't possible
If an organization rule stops the task or the summary can't be checked, you can't approve. While your assistant is stopped you can approve, but the task won't run until Stop is lifted.
