What did my assistant do, what is it doing?
Your assistant's activity: approvals waiting, tasks running and finished.
The Assistant activity screen gathers your assistant's work in three sections:
- Waiting for your approval: tasks that need your decision. Use Go to the approval screen to decide.
- What it's doing now: tasks that are queued, paused or being sent.
- What it did: finished tasks, failed ones, and those marked “unclear whether it went out”.
For each task you see where it came from: the assistant's proposal, started by you, a resend or a correction.
What it may do
That lives under What my assistant may do. An AI you've connected (Claude, ChatGPT) can give your assistant tasks but can't approve anything; everything that goes outside and can't be undone only runs with your approval.
When Stop is active, tasks are marked “won't run until Stop is lifted”.
