When a connection is broken
While a connection is broken, answers based on it may be incomplete.
Every connection has four states: Ready, Syncing, Paused, Disconnected.
Disconnected
For a broken connection you'll see: “This connection has been disconnected since …; answers based on it may be incomplete.” The fix is always a single action:
- Reconnect: grant the permission at Google again.
- Your admin must set it up: the source needs setup by an admin.
- Wait, the provider is slow: the provider isn't responding for now.
If some of several connections are broken it says “K of N connections disconnected”. If the state can't be read it says “Connection status couldn't be read”; that doesn't mean you have no connection.
Stop doesn't remove connections
If your assistant is stopped, your connections stay in place; only new steps are prevented.
