Stopping AI for the whole organization
The organization owner and admins they've authorized stop all AI in two steps.
At the very bottom of Settings > Security there is Stop AI…; the control is deliberately hard to hit. Only the organization owner and admins they've authorized see this section.
Two steps
- Read the effect: assistants, connections, the meeting bot and external AI connections stop. People keep working.
- Type the organization name exactly and choose Stop AI.
If a step isn't accepted it says “stop NOT sent”; don't assume it stopped, try again. If the record couldn't be written, the AI has not stopped.
After the stop
A “AI stopped” bar appears at the top of everyone's screen (who, when). Only the owner or an authorized admin can resume; then pending permissions and approvals are checked again.
