Needs you
Everything that waits for a person's answer in one place: approvals, decisions, verifications and exceptions.
Needs you shows four kinds together:
- Approvals: the system wants to do something; a person gives permission (Approval).
- Decisions: the assistant has a question; you make the choice.
- Verifications: VTag derived a commitment, decision or link; a person confirms it.
- Exceptions: operations with an unknown result; a person states what happened.
Nothing runs or is written to the ledger without an answer.
For verifications
You choose Correct, accept or Reject. When rejecting you give a reason: “I didn't say that”, “Wrongly derived”, “Not relevant”, “Already recorded”. Each suggestion shows its source in the Based on line.
Numbers
If the count for a kind can't be read it says “unknown”, not 0. If a kind isn't open in your organization yet, the screen says so.
