Signing in and requesting access
There is no password: you sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent to your email. VTag One is in closed beta; without an account you request access and sign in the same way once approved.
VTag One has no password. Choose Continue with Google or enter your email address; you receive a one-time 6-digit code, type it in and choose Verify.
If you don't have an account
VTag One is currently in closed beta: accounts are opened once our team approves them.
- Choose Request access on the sign-in screen and leave your name, work email, company and, if you like, a short note.
- Or simply try to sign in with Google or an email code: if you have no account, your request is recorded automatically and you see Your access request was received. If you try again before approval you see the same page; you don't need to request again.
Once approved you get an email. Sign in with the same address via Google or an email code; your personal workspace and your assistant are ready and you go straight into the app.
If a team sent you an invitation, there is nothing to wait for: sign in with the address the invitation went to.
If the code doesn't arrive
- Check your spam folder.
- Wait a few minutes and choose Resend.
- If you mistyped the address, fix it with Change address.
If the code is rejected
It may have expired or been typed wrong. Enter it again or request a new one.
If you can no longer reach your email
Ask your organization's admin to reconnect you. The sign-in screen only shows sign-in options that are available.
No authenticator app or second-step code is asked for; for important work the final say is Approve on the approval card (Approval).
