What VTag One is

VTag One is an assistant for organizations. It connects the places where your team's knowledge already lives, such as uploaded documents, mail, calendar, files and meeting notes, and lets people ask questions in plain language. Answers cite their sources, so you can check them.

What it helps with

  • Answers with sources: ask a question and get an answer based on your organization's documents and the sources you connected, with the source shown.
  • Meetings and promises: the VTag One Notetaker can join a Google Meet meeting, write the transcript and extract decisions and commitments, which people then review. Due dates and open promises are kept in one list.
  • Drafts a person approves: the assistant can prepare an e-mail reply or a calendar invitation. Outward actions are designed to need a person's approval.
  • Your own permissions: when you connect Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar, the assistant reads only what your own Google account may read, and only to help you.

Built for organizations in Europe

VTag One runs on servers in Helsinki, Finland (EU). It is available in English, German and Turkish. It is currently in a closed beta for invited organizations.
