Connecting sources: Google Calendar, Gmail, Meet, Drive

Your assistant only reads sources you've opened; write access is asked for separately.

Under Integrations › Services you find the sources you can connect:

  • Google Calendar: reads the times of your events.
  • Gmail: reads your emails.
  • Google Meet: reads meeting recordings and transcripts.
  • Google Drive: reads only the files you pick.

Connections are read only; write access is asked for separately, and sending still needs your approval.

Connecting

Choose Connect next to the source and use the same account in Google's consent screen. If you pick another account or don't grant permission, no connection is made; try again with the same account. If the source is closed in your organization it says “Ask your admin”: Organization sources.

Removing

Remove stops the assistant from reading that source; content already taken into memory stays in the organization. When you remove the last connection of the same Google account, the permission is lifted at Google too; the screen reports the result (removed, not removed or unknown).
